The problem with saving AI answers
Chat answers look great inside the app, but getting them out is awkward. Printing the chat page includes the sidebar and cuts long code. Copy-pasting into a word processor scrambles tables and turns every formula into a wall of backslashes. And PDF tools that do accept Markdown usually don’t understand the \( … \) and \[ … \] delimiters that AI models use for math.
How this tool fixes it
This editor understands the Markdown that AI assistants produce: GitHub-style tables, fenced code with a language, nested lists, and LaTeX math in every common delimiter style. Anything that still looks messy can be fixed with Tools → Clean up, which strips leftover citation markers, swaps typographic bullets for real list items and repairs headings that lost their spaces.
Make it look like a report
- Add a front matter block with
title:andauthor:and enable Cover page for a report-style first page. - Turn on Header & footer with
{title}on the left andPage {page} of {pages}on the right. - Choose the Academic theme for study notes, or Modern for something punchier.
Good to know
Answers that contain images generated by the assistant need those images saved separately — paste them into the editor and they’ll be embedded in the document.
